ZAIP portal has a new feature that allows Partners to automatically request Analytics to be activated while creating new Tenant. Similarly, you can even do this on your already existing Tenants in ZAIP portal. The lengthy old process of doing this operation through Cloud control center (CCC) is now in the past!

Partners can use PSU (Partner Support User access) in order to access and work on customer accounts.

PSU user has Super-user status (highest possible admin rights), the connection lasts for up to 240 minutes, and maximum of 2 sessions can be held on Tenant at the same time. New improvements include:

• Wizard with Quick guide for PSU setup
• Ability to see if any PSU sessions are currently opened
• Visibility on who is logged-in and when will their connection expire
• Option to choose & close existing connection in order to open new

Speedy User & Tenant management

The new ZAIP portal feature will significantly save time for SAP Business One consultants who need to assign new users to an existing Tenant, or remove user from Tenant.

Simply pick your Customer, click to Edit their SAP Tenants and tick Users to be added or removed. In a few clicks, this feature even allows you to choose user rights, such as Normal User or Power User.
