Easier customer support & management with PSU connection

Upgraded Temporary support user connection for Reseller operators (PSU), with access to all Tenants and more!

SAP Business One Consultants & Operators can use PSU (Partner Support User access) in order to access and work on customer accounts. Instead of always creating customer accounts/profiles (or using customer licenses), PSU conveniently enables Consultants to log in as Operators and provides quick access for management of accounts.

Once connected as PSU Operator, you will gain Super-user status (highest possible admin rights) & the connection can last for up to 240 minutes.

Based on valuable feedback from our Partners / SAP Business One Resellers, we have successfully implemented range of improvements, completed its BETA testing and will now upgrade PSU Dashboard for general use in ZAIP.one portal.

New PSU improvements & feature highlights include:

  • Operators automatically get access to all Customer's Tenants when PSU connection is established
  • Simpler Wizard flow + updated Quick guides for PSU setup
  • Ability to see if any sessions are currently opened under PSU1 and PSU2 slots (with exact expiration date/time for each)
  • Possibility to choose & close one of existing connections in order to open new one
  • Custom message field - an option to leave the note for other Operators (colleagues, consultants); for example - letting them know that you are working on important task so that they know not to switch off your connection. :)
