We’re excited to announce a major update to the ZAIP offering for MyWave.ai Cloud Management, tailored specifically for SAP Business One providers & partners.

Over the past few months, we’ve listened closely to your feedback and worked with partners across the region to improve the platform. The result? A significantly enhanced user interface that streamlines setup, guides users more clearly, and removes unnecessary friction to make theMyWave experience smoother and more intuitive.

✅ What’s New?

  • Modernized Interface: Cleaner layout and navigation to improve day-to-day usability.
  • New guided wizard: to help you go through the entire MyWave setup process
  • Improved User Guidance: Step-by-step contextual help built into the interface to reduce onboarding effort.
  • Optimized Workflow: Simplified setup for key tasks and components - especially helpful when scaling to new customers or managing multiple instances.
  • And many smaller changes  - adding up to a much more enjoyable experience

These updates were designed with partners and providers in mind – focusing on reducing time spent on configuration, making it easier for new users to get started, and supporting you in delivering a more consistent experience to your end customers.

The upgrade with changes has been already rolled out and it is currently live. All ZAIP partners & providers will receive the update automatically.

Most partners won’t need to take any action. However, we recommend:

  1. Logging into your ZAIP portal to explore the new features and look.
  2. Letting your Customers know
  3. Sharing feedback with our team – we’re still listening and want to keep improving.
